Membership

Genview Senior Club

While you don’t have to be a member of the Glenview Senior Center to enjoy services like counseling, community liaison, AARP/Mature Driving, senior benefit book, Rules of the Road, blood pressure testing, etc., joining the Glenview Senior Center gives you access to a wide range of additional programs and activities that are only available to members. These include many existing programs like the ones described below plus a constantly changing selection of new programs. Membership in the Senior Center is open to anyone 55 years or older, resident or nonresident. Residents of the Glenview Park District pay an annual membership fee, covering May through April, which entitles them to participate in all Senior Center recreation programs. (Nonresidents pay a slightly higher fee.)

Transportation

Handicapped accessible bus service is one of the many special services available to Glenview Senior Center members. Members who reside in the park district have the privilege of free transportation to and from the Senior Center on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Bingo Mondays.
