Drop-In Table Tennis (Grade 6-Adult)
Chicago Table Tennis Club
Come to Park Center for some table tennis action! Eight tables will be set up in the gymnasium for anyone to drop in and play a pick-up game.
Where: Park Center, 2400 Chestnut Ave.
Days/Times: Wed. 6-10 pm; Sat. 4:30-8 pm
Fee: $5 per visit, per person
Fencing (Age 11-Adult)
Want to learn the swashbuckling moves of Captain Jack Sparrow? Learn the basics of fencing including balance, proper grip, footwork development, attack, and defense. All instruction takes place using the foil. For class description, days, times, and registration information, click here.
Co-Rec Volleyball
Teams form weekly for volleyball play in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Players should have basic knowledge and skills of volleyball before participating.
Who: ages 18 yr. to adult
When/Where: Mon. and Thurs. evenings, 7-9:30 pm, Pleasant Ridge School, 1730 Sunset Ridge Rd.
Dates: 9/12-5/24
No class 11/24, 12/19, 12/22, 12/26, 12/29, 1/2, 1/16, 1/23, 1/26, 2/16, 2/20, 3/5, 3/8, 3/26, 3/29. Other no class dates may be designated by School District 34.
Fee:$5 per night, payble at the door.
