We are frequently asked by local business owners and employees what types of services the park district has available for them. Many assume that the district concentrates only on residents and that a local business is not able to take advantage of the services the park district offers. Listed below you are a number of ways businesses can utilize park district services. We hope you will agree that the Glenview Park District has a great deal to offer you and your employees.

Facility Rentals
The park district has numerous facilities you may wish to rent for business uses. From the Grove’s Redfield Estate, which is perfect for business meetings and social get-togethers, to The Café at the Glenview Park Golf Course and the many spaces at Park Center, the park district can meet many of your business-related meal and facility needs. There are even field houses located in 13 of our parks that provide the basic needs for a meeting or event in a beautiful park setting.

Company Picnics
The park district has parks throughout the community that accommodate from 50 to 150 for company picnics. All of the picnic sites have amenities including a shelter or fieldhouse, playgrounds, sports facilities, picnic tables and, in many cases, permanent grills for cooking.

Company Athletic Teams
The Glenview Park District offers many team sports opportunities for your employees. From Basketball to Flag Football to Softball and Soccer, all of the popular sports are offered in a league atmosphere. Leagues are offered for men, women and, where appropriate, in a co-recreational setting.

Health and Fitness
The Park Center Health and Fitness Center offers special rates for local businesses and their employees. The fitness club offers a full menu of services including over 10,000 square feet of fitness equipment, group exercise classes, a gym, indoor track, pool, hot tub and therapy pool and upgraded locker facilities. The fitness center also has an extremely well qualified personal training staff to accommodate all of your employees’ needs.

Golf Outings
The Glenview Park District can provide you with all of the services and planning necessary to run a golf outing at either of its two courses. Whether you prefer a 9-hole event at the Glenview National 9 or an 18-hole experience at the Glenview Park Golf Club, you are guaranteed a memorable day.

Tennis Club and Ice Center Rentals
If golf isn’t your bag, then consider an outing to the Glenview Tennis Club or Glenview Ice Center where staff can help to tailor a fun and team-building event for you and your employees.

Pool Parties
With our Splash Landings Indoor Aquatic Center and the soon-to-be-open, brand new Flick and Roosevelt Park pools, there is no better place in town to provide your employees and their families an opportunity to kick back, cool off and reap the rewards of their hard work.
