Give Your Kids a Great Summer Camp Experience!

I love that the kids have a variety of activities. The counselors have great attitudes and seem very enthusiastic. They have fun right along with the kids. I was able to be at work and not worry about the kids being bored or not carefully watched. I felt the camp was a great value. – 2013 Camp Parent

My girls loved camp, more importantly, they loved the camp counselors! It gave me great comfort dropping them off at camp. You can tell that the counselors really enjoy what they do and this reflects upon the kids. - 2013 Camp Parent

Drop off your camper at  Park Center any time between 7 – 8:30 am.  Here they will be supervised by camp staff and can participate in arts & crafts or board games until their camp begins. We encourage parents to pack a snack for children. After 8:30 am, campers will board a supervised bus to take them directly to their camp where they will be greeted by camp staff, signed in and supervised until camp officially begins. (Children enrolled in Camp Funview will be escorted directly to camp at 8:30 am.)

After Care

A Park District staff member will sign children out of camp and supervise them on the ride to Park Center. Children will participate in arts & crafts, board games or gym games until they are picked up by an authorized adult by or before 6 pm. We encourage parents to pack a snack for children. NOTE: If a camp has a field trip that is scheduled for a late return, After Care will not be available for that camp on that day. (Children enrolled in Camp Funview will be escorted to After Care at 3:30 pm.)
