Frequently Asked Questions

How are teams formed?
A parent coach will organize a team of up to 10 players and will submit a roster to the Park Center front desk or fax it to Youth Athletics Supervisor Jill Bruns at (224) 521-2561. Click here to download a copy of the roster form.

How do I register?
Each player registers on their own like all other park district programs. Every player on the coach’s roster must be registered prior to participating.

Can a player play even if he/she wasn’t asked to play on a team?
